I could use the help , my car is now not inspectable and no way I can afford to pay for it to be fixed and I had to get auto loan to help pay rent and food now is not worth what they asking because it is falling apart. Anyone know any programs that can help, I have called 211 and all numbers they give me say they are out of funds or this one is closed down.
